I Basic Behavior Modification
      ***Take this workshop if your child has difficulty with Following Directions, Organizational Skills, Tantrumming, or Aggression.
     
  How to Increase Positive Behaviors, (Follow the Morning/Bedtime Routines Without Excessive Prompting, Start Homework on Time, Seek Attention in Positive Ways, etc.)
  Decrease Negative Behaviors, (Stop Fighting With Siblings, Decrease Tantrums, etc.)
  Shape New Desirable Behaviors (Better Organize Their School Work, Sleep in Their Own Beds, etc.).
 
II Decreasing Anxiety & Building Your Child's Self-Confidence
      ***Take this workshop if your child exhibits Excessive Worrying, Irrational Fears, or Clinginess.

     ***This workshop challenges people to take stock of their live across four main domains: Career, Personal Relationship, Family Life and Lifestyle and objectively define their goals for each. Clients complete assessments to identify thought patterns and behaviors that might be blocking them from achieving their objectives.
